- Always remember your Mournwatch memorial, comments, and photos can be viewed by members of Mournwatch. Do not post anything you aren't prepared for the world to know. (e.g. phone numbers, Instant Messanger Screen Names, addresses, hangouts) Use caution when posting information that could make it easy for a stranger to find you.
- Some users online find it easy to assume a false identifaction. Be cautious when adding someone you do not know to your friends list. It can be fun chatting with new people on Mournwatch but aviod meeting people in person whom you do not fully know. If you ever meet anyone, meet in a public place and bring a friend with you.
- Don't lie about your age.
